BONCHON STORY

In Korea, you can easily find fried chicken "like mom makes" on every street, but Jinduk Seo has bigger dreams - he wants to bring this favorite dish of his country to the world's food lovers.

This drive is reflected in Mr. Seo’s passion for perfecting the technique of making fried chicken, to ensure a paper-thin crispy texture on the outside, and tender, juicy meat on the inside. He then spent two years creating the perfect “ addictive ” sauce, bringing out the rich and unique flavors of Korea: Garlic Paste Sauce (Classic Sauce) and Spicy Sauce . These two signature sauces are still produced in Korea today and shipped to Bonchon stores worldwide. And in 2018, a third sauce was born - Crispy Garlic Sauce.
